Since we have seen G4 Snakeman in both the manga and the anime now. We can assume what the last form of Gear 4 will be.
First thing first. Luffy's Gear 4 is based on the animals that he trained with during his 2 years time-skip in Rusukaina Island.
Gear 4 Bound Man/Bounce Man:
Bound Man is a combination of a Gorilla and Rhino. This form utilize in balance stats but at a greater scale. Bound Man have agility (speed), strength and defense balance out. Doflamingo stated that Luffy cannot win him with Gear 2 and Gear 3.
Gear 2 is fast but weak on Doflamingo. Gear 3 is powerful but slow and easy to dodge.
Bound Man do however have 4 animals name mentioned in its techniques. Gomu Gomu no Kong Gun (Gorilla), Gomu Gomu no Rhino Schneider (Rhino), Gomu Gomu no Culverin (Serpent) and Gomu Gomu no Leo Bazooka (Lion) which make Bound Man a special form of Gear 4th.
Gear 4 Tank Man:
Tank Man is a combination of a Crocodile and a Bear. In Tank Man form Luffy's durability is very high and Charlotte Cracker was not able to pierce Luffy. The hardening properties come from a Crocodile, you know how tough a crocodile scale (skin) is? In the Seducing wood we did saw a talking crocodile when the crew cross the river. Luffy rebound Cracker into sea of trees in the Seducing Woods just like a bear.
Gear 4 Snake Man:
Snake Man is a combination of a Snake and a Red Fox. Why did I say "Red Fox"? Foxes are known to harness earth's magnetic field to hunt, have good agility and they have binocular vision, but their sight reacts mainly to movement.
Snakes are slippery and have good flexibility as they are vertebrae. Snake can detect movements and are very good predator.
Gear 4 Lion Man/Beast Man:
Lion Man will be a combination of a Lion and a Tiger. Luffy will achieve this final Gear 4th form in Wano. We saw the Lion Dog named "Komachiyo" at the start of Wano Arc in the manga. The Lion in Luffy's training is also the strongest animal. Tiger is an apex predator with fierce attack. Lion is known as "King of the beast".

So in conclusion:
Bound Man/Bounce Man (Gorilla and Rhino)=Balance.
Tank Man (Crocodile and Bear)=Defense.
Snake Man (Snake and Fox)=Speed.
Lion Man/Beast Man=Offense/power.
