Kaido VS the supernovas.
Luffy, Law and Kid VS Kaido is bound to happen. There are many evidence on the One Piece community and on the internet so no need for me to explain this one. The big 3 Supernova Captains VS Yonkou Kaido and these 3 Supernovas had anger Kaido before Wano.
Orochi VS 8 Samurais.
Lord Orochi is very cautious of Toki's prophecy, the 9 Samurais (mentioned by Kyoshiro) to dethrone Orochi and take back their country. Orochi and his men have proven to be a corrupted authority within Wano and made life in Wano dreadful. The retainers of Oden and future Lord, Momonosuke will defeat Orochi himself, save Wano and rebuild the once beautiful country before Orochi's rule. We don't know who is the 9th Samurai however he/she will be reveal in due time.
King VS
Option 1: King VS Zoro and Jinbei.
King the Fire will face off against Zoro and Jinbei. We all want Zoro to have a 1V1 fight against King however he is facing a great opponent here, King the right hand man of Kaido, the strongest disaster. So it will be a 2V1 (Zoro and Jinbei VS King) instead. Zoro to cut fire and Jinbei's water VS King's fire and aerial attack as match up. King won't go down easily but this match up should give Zoro and Jinbei combo near equal power. Water is good counter to fire.
Option 2: King VS Zoro and Katakuri.
King the Fire will face off against Zoro and Katakuri. We all want Zoro to have a 1V1 fight against King however he is facing a great opponent here, King the right hand man of Kaido, the strongest disaster. So it will be a 2V1 (Zoro and Katakuri VS King) instead. Since Big Mom is in Wano there is a chance that Katakuri could be here too. There is 50:50 chance of Katakuri being in Wano, 50% to support Big Mom Pirates VS Beast Pirates, 50% protecting WCI from enemies when Big Mom is away. If Katakuri were to face against King along with Zoro, the fight will be mega hype (strongest of Luffy and Big Mom vs strongest of Kaido).
Queen VS
Option 1: Queen VS Sanji and Franky.
Queen the Plague VS Sanji and Franky. Queen seems to be a mechanic. We don't know what is Queen's devil fruit but it will be another Ancient Zoan. My bet will be Ancient Zoan Spider Spider No Mi Model: Deathstalker. Death fits well with disease and famine. Queen devil fruit is relate to swamp/disease/acid. Jack (Ice Age Pleistocene Epoch mammoth) and King (Cretaceous period Pteradon). Sanji VS an okama. Franky is a cyborg mechanic shipwright. Franky is also the 4th Strongest under Luffy, Zoro, Sanji before Jinbei offered to join by Luffy. We would love to see a tag team of Sanji and Franky.
Option 2: Queen VS Sanji and Jinbei.

Jack VS Inuarashi and Nekomamushi.
Jack VS Inu and Neko rematch. The dukes will revenge on Jack the drought, the destruction disaster. Jack weakened the dukes by cutting off their limbs and poisoning them with gas back at Zou will put them at equal to/less than Jack's strength. The dukes will need to enter Sulong form to beat Jack.
