Updated: Jan 24, 2019

THE WILL OF "DAWN" MENTIONED THROUGHOUT ONE PIECE.

One Piece Chapter 1 Cover page

Chapter/Episode 1 of One Piece is named Romance Dawn. The word Dawn is important that it was mention quite a lot throughout One Piece. The beginning took place on Dawn Island. Dawn is relate to the Will of D, D clan and Void Century. The endgame of One Piece is not to only let our protagonist Luffy become Pirate King but fulfill his journey in freedom, saving nations and destroy corruption (slavery, etc).

Will of D

Dawn also means upbringing, rise, the beginner (the influencer/leader). Monkey D. Dragon the revolutionary leader rise in power to influence nations. Monkey D. Garp the instructor to new generations. Marshall D. Teach the chaos and destruction bringer. Gol D. Roger the influencer to pirates and New Era. Monkey D. Luffy of the New Era will save the world. What does the D individuals have in common? They bring ideology and revolution into the world. The D clan 1 goal is to destroy the World Govt/change the world. One Piece have a lot of wars and revolutionary theme. Pirate is the theme but that's because the Blue Sea is mostly water than Earth and different technology.

Now let's see. Before the One Piece, Wiki stated "While a first-year junior high school student, he began sketching out ideas for a pirate-themed manga in a notebook, in pencil. Years later, as an assistant to Rurouni Kenshin author Nobuhiro Watsuki, he began refining his ideas into what would become "Romance Dawn", and later, One Piece."

Oda may have use the word Romance Dawn refer to the beginning of an adventure/beginning for the passion journey. First letter of the word Dawn start with a "D".

Dawn is the light before the morning sunrise. Dawn in One Piece is the light and hope. All the D people are the light and hope of their era and their people excluding Blackbeard who is hunger in power, follow his own ideology and dream. Blackbeard is not the final villain however. The World Govt is. Luffy will beat him in Raftel (light will of D VS dark will of D). Monkey Dawn Luffy VS Marshall Dusk Teach.

Dusk

______________________________

Definition of the word "Dusk":

the darker stage of twilight

synonyms: twilight, nightfall, sunset, sundown, evening, close of day

______________________________

Dusk is opposite to Dawn. The D in their name is not their middle name but initial of the D clan being descendants of the Ancient Kingdom. The Ancient Kingdom are the beginning and they live in peace until the 20 Kingdoms oppose and dethrone them. The AK created the initial Dawn to pass on to new generation (descendants) to create their own dream and be the light to dethrone the World Govt for their sins. The World Govt called the D clan (Devil) enemy of God because the devil is weaker than God and the devil revolt and does not obey God. If you look at Wano, Alabasta, Skypiea, Mary Geoise, etc started as a peaceful place until war, revolution ruin the country and enslave the country. It ends up as the D come in to save the kingdom. This is why the World Govt fear the rise in power of the D clan.

Nekomamushi waited for the Dawn of the World. Pedro eventually became convinced that the Straw Hats will be the ones to lead the world to its dawn, and to that extent he was willing to sacrifice his remaining life to help them on their journey.

Do you think the East Blue Saga is a big hint to what the end might be? Shanks give Straw hat to Luffy in chapter/episode 1. The end of One piece Luffy give his hat to new generation (Luffy's son/daughter or Shanks son). Do you think the Will of D is Dawn? Looking through the glass and mirror theory.
