Wano is where Zoro and Chopper will be 1 step closer to their dream. Zoro "to be strongest swordsman" and Chopper "to be the best doctor".
Wano is Zoro's Arc and is where he'll become stronger and showcase his power.
The Eye of Horus is associated with Illuminati. The All-Seeing-Eye, the third eye awakening, the Enlightenment. Oh did I highlighted the word "Third"? Yes. Zoro used three sword style technique.

His open left eye will also increase his strength and endurance, put fear and illusion onto his opponent. With Emna and maybe Shusui, Zoro will bring destruction on his enemy.
Wano Arc will also be Chopper's Arc and here is why.
Sakura Kingdom (Drum Kingdom) where Chopper comes from is similar to Wano Kingdom. Both Kingdoms are ruled by good kings and died, the next sneak into power who is worst than previous. The citizen are banished, killed or imprisoned by the bad rulers (Wapol and Orochi). These two rulers are cowards and loves to dominate people.
Wano represent Japan; Samurai, Sakura trees, Oni (Kaido), Eastern dragon (Kaido), sumo, you get my point. Chopper's pirate flag have cherry blossoms in it. Chopper likes cotton candy (looks like cherry blossom tree) and he is the colour pink in the strawhat pirate.
Chopper will find the "Miracle cure" Buddha mantra. The cure that heal all illnesses. Luffy will exert his life force with Gear 5th and Awakening in defeating Kaido. Law will use his immortality reverse surgery move on Kaido to make Kaido mortal from "immortal". This give the alliances chance in defeating Kaido but Law will lose his life in doing so. Law will push living on a bit and help Chopper operating on Luffy. Chopper will perform his miracle cure with Law when Luffy is dying after Wano War with defeats of Kaido. Law will collapse and to the shock of everyone there, it will be heart breaking and Big News to the world.
