Is queen a scorpion like this?
There is a hint that prove Queen is a scorpion:
His ship (Queen is not this purple scorpion).
Subordinate Deputy Head Jailer Daifugo (scorpion SMILE devil fruit). SMILE user are part devil fruit and are weaker than actual devil fruit user.
Yonkou commanders have their head or devil fruit power on their ship to represent who they are while the head part of main ship of the Captain represent the captain and his/her crew. Though this rule may apply to some/most commanders and not all commanders.

I believe Queen have a devil fruit "Ancient Zoan Arthropod model: Eurypterid". Purple color just like his ships.
Eurypterid are extinct sea scorpion.

Queen devil fruit is sea scorpion, Jack land mammoth and King sky (flying) reptile while Kaido is a dragon (King of land, sea and sky).
There are East Asian dragons (capable of controlling weather) and Elemental dragons (fire, earth, air and water)
Jack, Queen and King have Ancient Zoan. Kaido have a Mythical Zoan.
The name "Plague" could relate to swamp, famine or locust and Queen's devil fruit may be poisonous, contagious type. He owned the factory and the prisoner mine. He is also the cause of Wano starvation. His factory produced pollution, he might be specialist in mechanic, he's a funky junky. Jack, Queen and King (former Warden of Impel Down) like torturing their opponents. Their epithet works well, "Disasters" and "Calamities".

However Franky can't do it alone so this is where Sanji and his modify raid suit comes into play. Sanji hate Okama and is the second strongest under captain Luffy while Queen is second strongest under Yonko captain Kaido.
