Lab rat Gastino like to experiment. Gastino Caesar Clown is a scientist, apprentice of Dr. Vegapunk and an inventor, chemist for the Straw hat Pirates. He is being chased by Kaido and Big Mom. He have nowhere to go, under-protected by anyone. His dream could be to be "The best scientist". Past villain, enemy of Luffy. I believe he will join Luffy's crew after Elbaf (Big Mom's childhood place) once Big Mom is defeat because he will be chase by World Govt and other big players in the New World. There's also a telescope in Zoro's gym room in the Sunny. Caesar is also a pervert like Sanji and Brook. He will be the last to join because Oda will give time for Caesar to redeem himself.
Hancock is a pirate empress. Princess of Amazon Lily. She's a pervert for Luffy. She loves Luffy and daydreaming of marrying him. Always protective and passionate of Luffy. Her dream is to be Luffy's wife (Pirate Queen).

Pudding is a pervert for Sanji. Fall in love with him. A Pastry chef. Sanji is a Sous chef. She could join the Straw hat during or after Elbaf Arc. Whole Cake Island is not the last we see of her. Her dream is to be Sanji's wife or "The best pastry chef" while Sanji's dream is "To find the All Blue" to gather all fishes and combine sea salt for best world class dishes.
O-Momo will be the cabin boy of the crew. He would decline the offer to be the next heir and Shogun of Wano. Momo will tell Hiyori to rule Wano as the next Shogun and maybe first female Shogun in Wano. He will follow Oden's path and join Luffy's crew like how Oden joined Roger's. I know Momo is weak but if he is train under Zoro and awaken his artificial devil fruit he would be a great fighter. Maybe his dream is to open Wano's border and journey till the end of the world.
Onimaru is a new character. Weapon thief and can transform. He can be the next pet like Chopper within the SH. Maybe he can invent weapon and artillery from weapon he snatch from enemies. He transform into a human named Gyukimaru. His dream could be "The greatest thief".
Mr 2 Okama Bentham have great bond with Luffy. He's a dancer, skill fighter like Sanji. His dream could be "Best dancer" or "Best Entertainer" or "Best Fashioner" since he is an Okama after all.
WX=Warrior Watcher Carrot or Wanda.
Carrot inherits Pedro's will. Pedro want to join the Roger Pirates but Roger said that Pedro's time will come. IF Pedro is really dead then Carrot will be the Pedro of the Straw hat Pirates. She appears in filler arc as well. Fun character, her relationship with the Straw hat Pirates from Whole Cake Island and Wano. Great close combat fighter, electric ability, sulong form at full moon. Great eye-sight and jumping ability. Carrot is Inu and Neko of Roger Pirates. Her dream is to "Sail the seas" or "Reach the end of an adventure". Carrot might eat the fruit from Nami's Tangerine tree. Carrot will unintentionally gain Monet's Yuki Yuki no Mi (Snow Snow fruit) and become a snow bunny and first Logia of SH.
Wanda is a matured woman. She's a great fighter like Pedro. However she have no dream or role within the SH. The Straw hat Pirates consist of weak or average characters but have character development materials to them. Wanda doesn't have potential and character development unlike Carrot will have.

Ox: patient, kind, stubborn, and conservative = Franky.
Tiger: authoritative, emotional, courageous, and intense = Zoro.
