Strongest Shichibukai Post-Time skip
Buggy the Star Clown is the captain of the Buggy Pirates as well as the co-leader of the Buggy and Alvida Alliance, and a former apprentice of the Roger Pirates with a frozen bounty of 15,000,000 Beli. Shortly after the Battle of Marineford, he became a member of the Shichibukai and the leader of the pirate dispatch organization "Buggy's Delivery".
He is the main antagonist of the Orange Town Arc and can be considered the secondary antagonist of the Loguetown Arc. He has since become a highly recurring character in the series.
Buggy ate the devil fruit Bara Bara No Mi which allows him to control/separate his body parts. He is the luckiest and the unluckiest pirates at the same time. Buggy is the weakest compare to his fellow Shichibukai. Buggy unintentionally gathered criminals from Impel Down level 6 as his fleet.
4. Bartholomew Kuma.
Bartholomew Kuma is a Shichibukai, the former king of the Sorbet Kingdom and a former executive of the Revolutionary Army with a frozen bounty of 296,000,000 Beli. Once feared as an extremely vicious pirate, earning himself the title "Tyrant", he is now a human weapon called "Pacifista", developed by Vegapunk.
Once Vegapunk finished his modifications on Kuma, the Shichibukai was converted into the first complete Pacifista cyborg, with the serial PX-0, and figuratively died in the process. Currently, he is a slave-to-rent for the World Nobles.
He is also a major antagonist in the Marineford Arc where he took part in the Battle of Marineford and sided with the Marines, along with most of the other Shichibukai.
Kuma ate the devil fruit Nikyu Nikyu No Mi which give him the power to push or deflect anything. He can teleport others and himself anywhere in the world. Kuma dominated the pre-time skip Strawhat Pirates in Thriller Bark Arc. Ursus Shock is one of the strongest attack in One Piece and the destructive power was strong enough to defeat Oars Jr in Marineford War.
3. Boa Hancock.
"Pirate Empress" Boa Hancock is the captain of the Kuja Pirates and the only female member of the Shichibukai. She is the current empress, known as the "Snake Princess", of Amazon Lily and rules over the Kuja tribe with her two younger Gorgon sisters, Boa Sandersonia and Boa Marigold. She is the main antagonist of the Amazon Lily Arc with a frozen bounty of 80,000,000 Beli.
She was first mentioned by the Risky Brothers at the end of the Thriller Bark Arc when comparing her legendary beauty to the beauty of mermaids.
She can use Haki; Armament Haki and Conqueror's Haki. She stopped Smoker easily and defeated a few Pacifistas each with one kick. Pre-time skip Kid and Luffy could hardly do anything against the Pacifistas. Hancock ate the devil fruit Mero Mero No Mi which give her the power to turn people or things into stone by her beauty or when she attack them.
2. Edward Weevil.
Edward Weevil, or "Whitebeard Jr.", is the self-proclaimed son of "Whitebeard" Edward Newgate and one of the Shichibukai with a frozen bounty of 480,000,000 Beli. His mother is Miss Bakkin, the self-proclaimed lover of Newgate. He was first mentioned by Commodore Brannew in a discussion of the current Shichibukai ranks to several high-ranking Marine officers, but was
not explicitly named until after Donquixote Doflamingo's defeat.
Weevil's power is unknown but Kizaru compared Weevil to young Whitebeard. He single-handle defeated the 16 crews allied with Whitebeard without injury. Weevil is very powerful however he have a brain of a child. He is brainless and is manipulated by his mother Miss Bakkin.
1. Dracule Mihawk.
Dracule "Hawk Eyes" Mihawk is a member of the Shichibukai and the first one to be revealed in the series with an unknown bounty til now. He is also the current holder of the title, "Greatest Swordsman in the World". Mihawk served as Roronoa Zoro's swordsmanship master during the two-year timeskip.
He is also a major antagonist in the Marineford Arc where he took part in the Battle of Marineford and sided with the Marines, along with most of the other Shichibukai.
Mihawk was a rival to one of the most powerful pirate in the world, Yonko Shanks. Mihawk have all 3 Haki and wielded the sword Black Sword Yoru. He defeated East Blue Zoro with a dagger in one hand. In Marineford he cut steel, ships and massive iceberg. There are more feats that we have not seen display by Mihawk yet.
